What services do you offer?
I offer individual counseling for adults (18+), as well as couples and family counseling. Support groups may also be available at certain times—feel free to check in for current offerings.
What insurance do you accept?
I am currently in-network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United/Optum, with Cigna coming soon.
Out-of-pocket (self-pay) and sliding scale (financial form to be completed) options are also available, and rates will always be discussed with you prior to your first session so there are no surprises.
How do I schedule an appointment?
The best way to get started is by filling out the “Request an Appointment” form. From there, I’ll be in touch to help guide you through the next steps.
How are sessions offered?
At this time, all sessions are held via telehealth, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
What areas do you treat?
I work with individuals navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, emotional regulation, postpartum depression, body image, bipolar disorder, co-occurring disorders, life transitions, mood and panic disorders, relationship and communication challenges, self-esteem, social anxiety, women’s issues, and front line workers.
